User service agreement is an agreement between users ("you", individuals or organizations that register, login, use or browse the service) and Changsha Bona Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on the user registration, login and use including the client products operated by the Company and the operating websites and web pages (collectively called "Miki Platform").

The Company hereby reminds users to carefully read and fully understand this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement). Users should carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, including the exemption clause exempting or restricting the Company's liability and the rights of the household. After the Company changes the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by the Company, and the user continues to use the services provided by the Company will be deemed to have fully understood and fully accepted the revised Agreement

Unless otherwise agreed between you and the Company, you agree that the Service is only for personal use and non-commercial use. You may not copy, copy, sell, or use, advertise, or for other commercial purposes where you may not transmit any advertising letters and information, promotional materials, spam, email and messages, telephone, SMS, MMS, mail, instant messaging, file mail, mail, or otherwise unless the Company applies guidelines or rules for particular services.

1. Registration

2. Rules for User use

If the account registration information provided by the user to the company's platform is inaccurate, untrue and contains illegal or bad information, the platform of the Company has the right not to register and reserves the right to terminate the user's use of the services of the Company. If the user defrauds account registration with false information or the registration information such as account profile picture and personal profile has illegal and bad information, the company's platform has the right to take measures such as notifying correction within a time limit, suspending use and cancellation of registration. The platform of the company has the right to cancel the account and report to the competent government department for the registered account name of affiliated institutions or social celebrities.

3. Ensure the authenticity, correctness and integrity of the user's identity when using each service. If the data changes, you should change it in time. After safely completing the registration procedure of the Service and receiving the account, you shall maintain the confidential security of the account, and all operations and instructions after using the account and password shall be regarded as your own behavior and will. You shall be fully responsible for any activities using your account (including but not limited to the third-party platform login account, etc.). The Company is unable to identify the illegal or unauthorized use of your account and password, so the Company shall not assume any responsibility.

4. Do not send or carry out any information that interferes with public security or illegal, false, harassing, insulting, threatening, threatening, destructive, destructive, provocative, vulgar, pornographic content or disrupts the normal operation order of Miki Live platform.

3. Ownership of Information Content

1. The information content defined by the Company includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, charts, all contents in advertisements, and other business information provided by the Company to users. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use these contents under the authorization of the Company and the relevant right holders, and can not arbitrarily use, copy, copy, modify, compile these contents, or create derivative products related to the content.

2. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Miki Live provides the service shall be owned by Miki Live.

3. Unless the Company receives the notice to the contrary, the Company / Platform considers the user as the copyright owner of the content uploaded or published by it. Users represent the rights of the user to upload or publish the content, permanently, freely, use, use, publish, copy, modify, change, publish, translate, create derivative works, disseminate, information network dissemination, perform and display; the rights of the content into any other form of works, media and technology; the rights to commercial development of your upload and published content; the rights to independently safeguard rights from a third party; and the rights to authorize other third parties to use in the above way. The Company / Platform shall not assume any single or joint guarantee liability for the authenticity, legality, integrity or quality of all the information uploaded by users, and the relevant legal liability caused by the information spread by users shall be borne by the users themselves.

You agree and guarantee that you shall not use the Miki Live platform services or its derivatives to resell, resell, replace, mortgage or trade illegally for profits. You will not use Miki Live platform services or its derivatives to infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others, and prohibit stealing or stealing others' accounts, virtual gifts through network vulnerabilities, malicious software or other illegal means.

4. Service risk and disclaimer

1. Users must understand that the service is only provided according to its current situation, and the service involves the Internet and related communication services, which may be affected by the unstable factors in each link. Therefore, the service has the risk of service interruption or failure to meet the user requirements due to the above force majeure, computer virus or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, communication network and Internet network, etc. The users who open the service shall bear the above risks. The Company and the cooperative company shall not guarantee the timeliness, safety and accuracy of the service, and shall not bear any responsibility for the personal delay, no storage or other problems.

2. If the system failure of the company affects the normal operation of the service, the Company promises to cooperate with relevant units and repair them in the first time. However, the company and the cooperative company shall not be liable for the economic losses caused by the user. In addition, the Company reserves the right to suspend any part of the Service for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes without prior notice.

3. The Company hereby solemnly draws to your attention that the Company does not assume any guarantee liability for the authenticity, validity, accuracy and legality of any information released by users. Please carefully identify all kinds of information uploaded and posted by users on the platform, and bear all the consequences arising from the use of the services of the platform by yourself.

4. You explicitly understand and agree that you have fully considered your decision before recharging or making any payment. Except as otherwise required by law, Miki has no responsibility or obligation to provide you with a refund for any reason.  

5. Special Statement

1. You understand and agree that in the process of using the Service, there may be risk factors such as force majeure to interrupt the Service. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as war, unrest, and government actions. In case of the above situation, the Company will try to cooperate with the relevant units in the first time and repair it in time. However, for the loss caused to you or the third party, the company and the relevant units will be exempted from liability within the scope permitted by law.

2. Like most Internet services, this service is affected by your own reasons, network service quality, social environment and other factors, and may be affected by various security issues, such as others using your data, cause real life harassment; other software you download and install or visit other websites containing "Trojan horse" viruses, threatening the security of your computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of the service. You should strengthen the awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthen password protection, so as to avoid loss and harassment.

6. Refund Policy

1. You acknowledge that, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all paid services and virtual items (such as Gold Beans) provided by Miki are non-revocable once purchased, and Miki does not provide refunds for services you have already purchased.Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

1.1 If you recharge Diamonds through official top-up channels, and the payment is successful and Miki has received the corresponding funds, but the recharged account does not receive the corresponding amount of Diamonds, please contact Miki official customer support and provide relevant evidence to apply for a refund.

1.2 If your top-up was not authorized by you, such as in cases of credit card fraud, device theft, or verifiable hacking activities that resulted in the recharge, please contact Miki official customer support, submit supporting evidence for verification, and ensure that the Gold Beans have not been consumed. A refund may then be requested.

1.3 If a refund is permitted under applicable laws and regulations, please contact Miki official LINE customer support, explain the relevant legal provisions, and submit supporting documentation. Upon review, if Miki determines the request complies with applicable law, the refund will be processed.

2. If you make payments for content provided by another user within Miki, and such content is subsequently removed or restricted by Miki for violating applicable laws or regulations, the Miki User Agreement, or other Miki membership rules (including but not limited to content management policies, announcements, or service-specific guidelines), Miki shall bear no responsibility for such actions and will not issue any refunds.

6. Violations and Consequences

3. Any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
